Made of extremely high quality resin and powder coated cast aluminum, the East Hampton collection is sure to fit in any backyard or outdoor area.  The resin (synthetic wicker or all weather wicker) is mildew resistant and ideal for outdoor furniture.  It can withstand up to 3000 ultra violet hours of sun, and is recyclable, weather resistant and non toxic.  Made of heavy gauge aluminum welded joint frames which is resistant to corrosion.   Crafted from high quality Polyethylene (HDPE) resin to provide durability and long lasting comfort.  UV elements in the resin production process gives this product a fade resistant characteristic.  Virgin resins are hand woven over weather resistant powder coated aluminum frames.  Products are also tested for sag and mildew resistance to minimize maintenance.  Cushions are Dri-fast reticulated (extremely) open cell material that possesses excellent fluid drainability, while providing durability and comfort.  Manufactured in North America for comfort and style.  Whether direct moisture (like rain or liquid spills) or dew, mist, fog or other environmental elements, reticulated foam will completely shed moisture to provide a fast drying, comfortable cushion.  Germicide is used to prevent growth of mold & mildew.  Uses VPF technology  with zero emissions on manufacturing.  To give consistent quality control of the product.  No Chlorofluorocarbons (CFC), No auxiliary blowing agent: (methylene chloride, acetone, carbon dioxide).  Only uses H20.  Each foam is created into an egg shape to hold better.  It essentially eliminates problems caused by moisture being trapped in conventional foam cushioning applications where exposure to outdoor elements requires a unique solution.  Over 150 Sunbrella, Sun Weather and Solarium fabrics available.  Fabrics range from grade a (least expensive) to grade g (most expensive) and can withstand from 500-1500 hours of UV light.  Pricing below if in grade G Sunbrella fabric.  Safari Java resin finish.
