Q: Are you open 7 days a week?

A: Absolutely!  No odd hours at Real Deal!  We are open 7 days a week for your convenience.  M-F 10am -7pm and Sat./Sun. 11am-5pm.  363 days a year!! 

Q: Do you deliver?

A: We have a 3rd party company with several box trucks on the road each day with two trained professionals on each of them.  We have in home drop off service as well as full service white glove assembly with trash removal also available.  In most cases, if the item(s) you purchase is/are in stock in our own warehouse, it will be in your home within 24 hours.  In emergency situations and if purchased early enough in the day we may be able to deliver to you the same day, not guaranteed.  Call us directly for delivery schedules, quotes and details.

Q:  Do you offer free delivery?

A:  We have chosen to keep our  prices unbelievably low rather than mark them up and tell our customers that delivery is "free" (the most common gimmick in the furniture and mattress industry today).  Beware of companies that are claiming "free delivery" or very low delivery costs.  There is always a catch and nothing is ever free!  They are either charging you a lot more for the same item or their delivery service is unprofessional and therefore unreliable.  Remember that you will always get what you pay for.  At Real Deal Furniture you will only get the best!  The owner of our delivery service calls our customers personally the night before their delivery day to arrange a 4 hour window that works best for them.  He then oversees and communicates with each truck on the road everyday to make sure that the deliveries go smoothly and each one of our customers is happy.  Now that's service!!

Q:  Do you offer financing?

A:  We sure do.  In fact, due to recent "challenging" economical times making it tougher for Americans to get approved for "traditional" financing, we have done extensive research and beta testing to find the most simple and convenient non-traditional financing options for our customers.  In addition to our traditional financing options of no interest same as cash options for up to 24 months**, we are proud to announce no credit check financing and special military financing.
We have found the most simple no credit check financing process the industry has ever seen.  (No more post dating 100's of checks like the old days!  We tried this years ago and it does not work.  Very confusing for the customer which caused many problems).  For details on how to pre-qualify for this option, please click on the "No Credit Check Financing Available " picture on our homepage.

Q:  Is everything on your website on display in your showroom?

A:  Thankfully no!  If it were that would mean our showroom would have to be about  a million square feet to fit all of those items.  Luckily we have the internet where we are able to show our customers 1000's of extra items from over 100 manufacturers on our website.  More choices equal happier customers.  The items shown in our local showroom are a sample of the most popular styles in the market place today.  This includes bed sets, mattresses, pub tables, bunk beds, rugs, mirrors, art, sofas, custom sectionals, office furniture, plasma/tv stands and more!  At Real Deal we keep up with the trends so you will only find what people are actually buying on display. What a concept!
