 Easy one step application process.  Just bring your ID with you.  12, 15, 18, or 24 months NO Interest same as cash (on approved credit).  ** Minimum purchase required

**15 Months 0 Interest Option  $1500 minimum purchase required
      Low affordable minimum payments

**18 Months 0 Interest Option  $2999 minimum purchase required

      ***NO Credit Check Financing***

The most simple NO credit check application process in the industry.  4 Simple requirements, no post dating 100's of checks like the old days.  Exclusively at Real Deal Furniture.  90 Days same as cash option!!!

If you meet the following criteria you are pre approved!!!
   1.  MUST be employed for the past 6 months at the same job.  
         No temp services, breaks in work, different employers
   2.  Must make more than $1000 per month
   3.  Must have an open active checking account that has been 
        open for the past 3 months with no overdrafts, NSF's, and 
        no negative opening or ending balances (no savings accts)
   4.  Minimum of $500 deposited per month (this includes direct
        deposit)

Once Pre-Approved bring the following documents to Real Deal
   1.  Most recent 30 day bank statement ALL PAGES even if
        blank.  If printing online must be an E Statement, not a transaction
        history and must show name and account number.
   2.  Most recent pay check stub showing YTD income (if it does 
        not show YTD info then you need to obtain a letter from your
        employer on company letterhead stating your hire date, and 
        year to date income and your employers contact information)
   3.  If self employed need your most recent 1099's (all) or copy of
       your business license
   4.  Voided check for open, active checking account
   5.  Copy of current state ID (cannot be expired)
   6.  NO Credit Check application to be obtained and filled out at 
        Real Deal Furniture

Approval not guaranteed!  Approval is based on monthly income and bank account activity.

      ***Military Financing***

Easy one step application process.  Quick answers with high credit limits determined by your rank.  E1 and above approvals.  Just bring your military ID.  If applying jointly we will need your spouses as well.  Quick, painless, and our way of saying "Thank You for Serving".  We are very military friendly as we are veteran owned and operated company!  Interest rate and term varies per customer. 
If you have power of attorney for your spouse, bring in your power of attorney paperwork, your military ID, and access to your spouses mypay or peoplesoft account.
