“Whenever I purchase big ticket items, I always research the product thoroughly. Once I make a decision on a specific product, I then go out to bid. In this instance I was in the market for a new mattress. Based on my research, I decided on a Simmons Beautyrest Exceptionale. This is a very high-end mattress, the highest Beautyrest makes I believe. Also pretty expensive. There was no question that I needed to go out to bid. I then proceeded to call as many mattress companies as I could find within an hour's driving distance, and I asked each of them to quote me on this specific mattress. In the end, Real Deal came in lower than any other company. In fact I was pretty shocked, in most instances Real Deal came in a thousand dollars lower. I was so pleased with the price, the delivery and the follow up service, I recently sent my sister there to buy a new mattress.
